The cottage was purchased and remodeled in 2008. Troy and Kirsten have always loved Livingston and wanted a place for their 'mini vacations' from Bozeman. The house was remodeled with the environment in mind using green and reclaimed materials. Troy has been a stone mason for over 20 years and is responsible for the stonework that makes the cottage extra charming. Kirsten and Troy have traveled extensively and have filled the cottage with all of the things that they have found make their travels easier. You will love this place!

perfect

  • 5 of 5
Loved this cute cottage home. It was very comfortable and convenient to downtown. Very nicely updated. Couldn't believe the size of the bathroom for this small home. We also loved the patio. It had everything we needed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer on site.

Enjoyed several restaurants on this trip. Mustangs and Glenns. Also loved checking out the art galleries, Sax & Fryer, and the Park County Museum.

Already recommended to friends. We will hope to stay here again on our next trip if it is available.

Darling

  • 5 of 5
My husband and I rented the cottage as our home base during a family reunion. The house was perfect for us, it's well maintained, clean, painted nicely, great decor and artwork (upstairs bedroom, painting of the bears & the Haiti painting). The kitchen was very functional and well equipped; we prepared spiral ham & biscuits for 50 people to take for breakfast in another location. House is in a nice neighborhood and the parking spot at the front door was always available. We were so busy with our reunion activities that we did not have a chance to enjoy the patio or the fire pit.

Must do's; 1. Yellowstone National Park 2. Float the Yellowstone with Rubber Ducky River Rentals 3. Huckleberry Ice cream Sandwiches made by Wilcoxson's (purchase them at Town & Country Grocery Store)

I would highly recommend this property, Andrea was easy to book the rental from and she followed up afterwards. I personally would have enjoyed seeing a before, during & after photo album of the cottage make over because it turned out darling!!!

Wonderful place to stay

  • 5 of 5
We loved our stay in this cottage this summer! It was close to family nearby, close to downtown, close to Yellowstone, and perfectly comfortable for our small family (2 adults, 2 kids under 5). Also, it was very, very clean. Note: very little trace of pets from prior guests, which was important for us (allergies). The outdoor space was nice, too! Thank you. We hope to return soon!

Cute Home in Livingston

  • 5 of 5
We loved our stay in your adorable home. The pictures do not depict how cute the house is. If you love to cook, you’ll love the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The washer and dryer was a nice amenity. My daughter loved climbing the spiral staircase. We were there during a hot spell, the window air conditioner kept the lower level plenty cool. We would defiantly stay here again.
