This charming neighborhood is nestled between WindanSea Beach and the Village of La Jolla. In the late 1800's this area was known as 'Neptunia'. In the early 1900's major landowner and developer Phillip Barber moved into the area and the neighborhood has been known as the Beach Barber Tract ever since.
