LUXURY CONDO - $99-$149 PER NIGHT - ECHOTA ON THE RIDGE

I can't say enough about this home. I have stayed in many homes, but this is the first time I felt as though I were the first person to step into a space. This home is immaculate, perfectly spotless. I've never been in a rental home that was as clean and beautiful. It has a comfortable and open feel with bright and sunny rooms. The decor is beautiful, in fact, I liked it so much, I snapped photos for my own home. :) The kitchen is very well supplied. It is stocked with quality dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. - not the cheap throw away stuff. Also, the owners have made everything so easy. They have tasteful instructions right where you need them. No more confusion trying to turn on the TV or the fireplace, everything is easily explained.

The neighborhood of Echota is breathtaking. I have spent a lot of time in Boone, and I can honestly say this is a view of Grandfather I've never seen anywhere else. The sunsets from the back porch are more than can be described by me. Echota has very nice facilities, all very clean and beautiful. The outdoor pool is a work of art. The indoor pool and gym are well maintained, clean, and convenient. The Echota management is so attentive to any need you may have and very friendly.

The location is convenient for Grandfather Mountain hikes, in fact the profile trail is very close to Echota. It was also convenient to Valle Crucis, Banner Elk, and Boone. Echota has their own hiking trails, which I hope to explore next visit.
The owners are wonderful correspondents and make every effort to make their guests comfortable and welcome. Thank you for sharing your home! I look forward to my return!

This condo rental is a wonderful value as it is well equipped, tastefully decorated and a wonderful size for two couples or a family with two children. The design and decor were obviously well thought out and are user friendly. I am a chef and the kitchen provided a useful area with good counter space and a good supply of pans and tools. the condo was extremely clean. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries. It was a lovely rental experience and I will definitely consider it again when I am in the Boone area. Thank you for making our time in Boone a pleasant experience.

We had a great girls' weekend, snow tubing at Hawk’s Nest, shopping and dining out. The owners (Norman and Maria) were great to work with, answered all of our questions very quickly, and provided great recommendations. We really enjoyed dinner and wine at Zuzda, the tapas restaurant in Banner Elk.

The condo is centrally located to the quaint shops in Blowing Rock, Skiing, Tubing, and App State. The views off the deck are absolutely gorgeous and the fireplace was great for cold evenings watching movies. The condo is well furnished and the little extras in the bathrooms were nice touches (plush towels, shampoos, hair dryers, etc).

Yours is one of the BEST places I have rented from on HomeAway and I highly recommend this condo in the beautiful NC Mountains.
