Relax and enjoy unobstructed views of Longboat Key's fabulous sunsets from your private balcony of this corner condo. Remodeled and updated with designer furnishings throughout, this is an elegant and comfortable getaway in one of the areas best kept communities. Beachplace boasts beautiful tropical landscaping and direct access to 1450 lineal feet of beach frontage. The complex offers a junior olympic pool, hot tub, separate kiddie pool, tennis courts, guest library, community outdoor gas grills. The clubhouse has separate men's and women's workout facilities and locker rooms with sauna. St. Armand's Circle is less than 5 minutes away.

PLEASE note that we cannot accommodate weekly rentals. The months of January through April are strictly one month minmum rentals. We do have flexibility during the summer and fall season, and can consider 2 week and longer rentals during that time.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • rental rates include all taxes
  • A $500 refundable Security Deposit, $200 cleaning and $100 Condo Association fee are required with each rental.
  • There is a minimum rental of 3 weeks during the months of May through November. A one month(4 week) minimum is required from December through April. Please note that we cannot accommodate weekly rentals during any time of the year.

A Very Special Holiday

We've been coming to Longboat Key for a number of years but this Summer we had the BEST time ever. This condo is just WOW, extremely clean, well maintained with our every wish catered for.

The description was very accurate and the owners really 'went the extra mile' to ensure we enjoyed our stay, thoughfully recommending where to go and where to eat.

The location is spot on, near to St Armands, Sarasota & the I4 to get to Orlando if you can bear to tear yourself away from this paradise!

We'll be back for sure! "

Paradise on earth

The description was accurate regarding everything. The Property was more then clean and more then well-maintained. We received more then good customer service from the owner. We already recommended this property to friends and family. All watersport activities, golf courses, and restaurants are nearby. A guide is provided in the Condo. We just returned from paradise on earth. We are comming to Longboat Key since 16 Years, but now we found the paradise! The condo is so beautyfull furnished, with a great love to all details. There was no wish we would have had unfilled. We rather are not going on vacation then to anywhere else. We are allready looking forward to our next stay, then hopefully longer then the 3 weeks we had this time. If I am looking for a word to describe this place then it is: Dangerous. Why, because you do not want to leave this paradise again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
