Condo, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10)

Beautiful lake front access and view with four bedroom, three and a half bath, boat garage with lift and 2 separate jet ski ramps. Spacious deck overlooking water with early afternoon shade. Seated dining for 12 inside and 8 outside. Fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances.

Three bedrooms upstairs: king master bedroom and bath, additional 2 queen bedrooms, which share full bath off hallway. Second floor living area readily accommodates entertaining with kitchen, family and dining areas opening to large, newly built upper deck. On the second level there is an outside stairway to the water. Additional lower level entrance to boat garage and jet ski ramp. Lower level contains washer and dryer, full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed and a trundle bed sleeping up to four people on that level.

This condo is kid-friendly, but please keep in mind we are on the water. Excellent location for wedding guests, as it is less than 3 minutes to Horseshoe Bay and Marriot Resort. Ideal accommodations for family reunions.

We live in Austin but love to spend weekends at the lake.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2000

Horseshoe Bay is close to Austin but is a great getaway from the city life.

What makes this condo unique

Lake LBJ is constant level lake, therefore we always have water sports available.

Also we have morning sun and afternoon shade, it makes for a very comfortable happy hour.

Very Relaxing

This condo is very spacious and comfortable. We had 2 couples, a disabled vet, and my brother-in-law even brought his son to spend the night. Not once did it ever feel like we were crowded. We also brought out two jet skis and loved having our own personal ramp connected to the condo. This place has everything you need and very comfortable furniture inside and out. And don't get me started on how beautiful the lake is! We will definitely be staying here again!

We rented this condo for 5 nights - early November-and were very satisfied. Great layout, clean, wonderful deck, complete amenities. Town is 10 minutes away and the Marriott resort is next door.

Kids can swim off the dock and the deck was a wonderful place to spend the afternoon. The owner communicated effectively and provided all the necessary information to enable our stay.
