This recently renovated and newly furnished home will surely impress you with its gorgeous bay views, spacious lay-out, large open kitchen, and outdoor living areas including three decks. The home sleeps up to 10 people and is perfect for families with children or couples looking to get away. It has beautiful views of the Plum Island Basin and is a moment’s walk to the beach. It's a perfect location for kayaking. The sunsets will blow you away.

Our group of 8 adults and two toddlers recently stayed at Marilla for a week. The spacious layout is great for such a large group. The three levels of the home, each with its own sitting area, made it so we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The property is on a double lot with a lovely wild flower garden on one side and a view of the basin (and sunset) on the other side. The beach was about .25 miles from the house -- an easy walk back and forth. Overall, I would say the house exceeded our expectations and the owners were very responsive to our questions, etc. We would return.
