Laguna Beach Vacation Rental house

It's rare that I ever give a perfect score for anything...But...this is one of those rare times when reality exceeded my expectations. The value of this beautiful little paradise in the Laguna Beach hillside was more than fair and my family really got our money's worth. First of all, Jenny the owner is wonderful to work with; very responsive and very accomodating to every need. The house and location are ideal. I can't say enough about how beautiful the backyard and the view are - tremendous! The heated pool was and koi pond were a big hit with my kids while my wife and I enjoyed sunsets with wine on the balcony every evening. The lanscaping and the hummingbirds (literally hundreds) make it so relaxing and tranquil in the back. The house has every comfort imaginable and the kitchen is very nice and well-equipped. The flat screen and karmon sound system make hanging out and entertaining easy and enjoyable. My wife wants to make sure I mention the awesome bed, mattress and sheets in the master bedroom...slept like a baby. The living room, dining room, TV room and upstairs bathroom are beautifully decorated. The house is just fancy enough but not too formal and maintains a nice blend of beach cottage and Mediterranean. The location is ideal; just a 7-10 minute walk to/from Thalia and Coast Hwy and great dining, shopping and beaching. In summary; We had a wonderful time and have already contacted Jenny about a return visit.
