Views, views, and more views from this elevated waterfront home with over-sized deck for relaxing or entertaining. The top floor has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen overlooking the ocean from all views. Seven sliding glass doors open to a huge wraparound deck with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Watch the working lobster boats and then stroll down to the wharf to buy your fresh lobster directly from the lobstermen. Rental includes use of shared dock for swimming or kayaking, etc. Walk seconds away to Cat Cove to swim, fish, explore or launch your boat. Totman's Cove, a beautiful private (town-owned) sandy beach is just down the street. Also down the street is Sebasco Resort with golf, tennis, saltwater swimming pool, boating, kayaking, playground, fitness center and two restaurants. Spend the day at famous Popham Beach, just 5 miles away, and then return to the solitude of and spectacular views from this house.

Great house for large family, wonderful views!

We had a great family reunion in this house. It has a huge kitchen, dining and living room and includes wi-fi and flat screen T.V. The porch has wonderful views, comfortable chairs and best of all no mosquitos up there. The owners were great getting our security deposit back and had one minor problem solved quickly.

Incredible deck, perfect for family gatherings !

We had a fantastic time staying in this comfortable house.....large family room/dining room/ party kitchen is perfect for large families. The wrap-around deck is great for barbecues and happy hours. Convenient to Popham State Park Beach, kayaking, antiquing and other activities. This was a great base for a fun vacation in Maine.
