Newly remodeled vacation home in one of the closest neighborhoods to Jenkinson Lake. Stainless steel appliances, new carpet & paint in an exceptionally clean house. Single story open floor plan with 3 bedrooms in the main house (1,700 sq ft) and a 4th bedroom and game room in the guest suite (400 sq ft). Game room has third TV, dart board, games, and pool/air hockey table. Nearby skiing, boating, fishing, wineries, Apple Hill orchards, and a casino too. Sierra-at-Tahoe is only 30 miles from this vacation home. Many others are located between Pollock Pines and South Lake Tahoe. Large back yard includes a 1000 sq ft stone patio with an outdoor fireplace, propane BBQ, and seating for 12+. Also a swing set, enclosed hot tub, and large pine trees in this fenced back yard. 2 car attached garage and a large gate for RV/boat parking. There is additional on-site parking as well. This is a great home base for your vacation fun.

A group of four people including myself rented this property for a weekend to visit Apple Hill. It was VERY clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of time just relaxing and using the hot tub. We also utilitzed all of the games available in the guest house, including air hockey, pool, and darts. Plenty of room for more people. Would recommend for anyone, very easy rental process and access to property. Close to a beautiful lake and all the Apple Hill farms. We will be back next year for sure.

Lovely Get Away!

I had the pleasure of spending a long weekend at this lovely get away home....the layout is open and spacious, with ample room in the kitchen, and a nice bar area to sit and chat while watching others cook!

You can easily sleep multitudes of people (12) between the 3 bedrooms, the guest house, the sofa sleeper and extra space for air mattresses on the floor.

The back yard is huge, and so inviting and calm....you can spend hours outside ejoying the trees and breeze, in the hot tub, BBQing, or spending time on the wonderful spacious deck - perfect for card games, a bottle of wine or hours of conversation.

Placerville is a short drive down the road, and full of fun shops, galleries and restaurants. We enjoyed our day trip there very much, and had the pleasure of attending a wine stroll with live music on a Saturday evening. The people in the shops and galleries are invititng, unique and entertaining.

Enjoy your stay here, I would highly recommend it, whether you are simply relaxing, taking day trips to the various activities in the area, or heading off ot Tahoe for the day.
