This is the perfect place to hang up those hometown clothes and not put them on again until you have to leave . . . if then! Your 1st floor studio needs no elevators, no steps, and no waiting. A deluxe, Queen size bed awaits you. Off the living area, the private furnished lanai overlooks the lush tropical landscaped surroundings of the garden area and tennis court. The unit is constantly being refurbished and redecorated! There is no smoking and no pets, please and thank you!

  • $200 Minimum Deposit required to secure reservation. Cleaning Charge $75.00.
    Local Taxes: 4.17% General Excise Tax & 7.25% Transient Accommodation Tax
    Applied to all bookings. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Two (2) adults.
  • OUR TERMS:
    1. A minimum $200 deposit is required to secure reservation and
    must be received within seven (7) days of request to avoid
    automatic cancellation.
    2. All rates subject to Hawaii tax.
    3. Full pre-payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
    4. Four (4) night minimum. Sorry, but FOUR (4) nights!

    CHECK-IN/OUT: Your arrival is scheduled for after 3:00 PM and your departure is before 11:00 AM. Alternatives MAY be available.

    OUR CANCELLATION POLICY, WE KNOW STUFF HAPPENS:
    For a deposit refund, less a cancellation charge of $100, cancellation request is required 30 days PRIOR to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all refunds forfeited. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Less than 5 minutes south on Kihei Road there’s Star Market, Foodland and Safeway, (bring your Vons card) Long’s Drugs (they have everything), and many other shops, and restaurants! We were extremely pleased with your lovely unit in Maui. Location was excellent, the studio was spotlessly clean and had everything we would need. The toilet seat was broken on one side but not unusable. We would love to stay there again if we were to vacation in Maui. Thanks for having a homey and lovely place to vacation in.

Just got back from staying in this cute little condo. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything I could imagine. I used the cooler when I tackled the Hana Hwy! Thanks for the use of that. It was comfy & clean. I had no problems with anything. Plus, a big thank you to the owners who communicated fantastic instructions, local information & directions! I'm finding not everyone is good about communication with their rental properties. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The place was really awesome. Clean, professionally managed, close to all the ocean, shopping complexes, and maui dive shop is just down on south kihei...We had a wonderful stay there. The price is perfect too!
