Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Located on picturesque Long Pond Drive just a 10 minute bike ride to Madaket Beach and a 3 minute walk to the NRTA shuttle bus to town, which runs throughout the day and most of the night. The NRTA shuttle also transports bikes.

Traditional Nantucket Cape home set back from road with plenty of parking. Enjoy the beautiful Madaket sunsets on the deck overlooking yard with room to play and watch the bunnies nibble away.

First floor includes open living room, with wood burning fireplace for cool Nantucket nights, dining and kitchen. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom and full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms with hall bath. Living room has large screen TV with cable and DVD player. Family room with tv, ping pong table, half bath and large laundry room in basement.

Additional amenities include wireless hi-speed internet, washer, dryer, board games, beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and beach towels for your enjoyment. The backyard deck has dining for 6, seating area and a gas grill. Hot and cold outdoor shower at end of deck.

NOTE: No Smoking. No Parties. Pet allergies: Owner has had dog at house. Office space above garage is locked and not included in rental.
