Area Description :
In recent years this ethnic neighborhood has become more gentrified; hosting people from all races and walks of life. Many good restaurants and little well known neighborhood secrets have crept up. The restaurants are inexpensive, the service is good and you don't have to wait 40 minutes for a table. We have been living here for over 11 years and love every minute of it. People are kind to each other, and always smile back. It's a family neighborhood, and very safe. It is a very multi-cultural area, just what you would expect of New York.
Metro #6 line is just two blocks away. Buses M15, M102, and M103 stop on either corner. It is very easy to get around town from here. Midtown is 10 minutes on the Metro.
