Fabulous Navarre Beach Gulf front west end unit. Unbelievable sunrises and island views from the 3 extra windows this quiet end unit provides. The second floor is the perfect level to view dolphin playing in the Gulf, the surf lapping at the shore and the kids building castles or boogie boarding, all from the comfort of your couch. The living area has over sized, comfortable seating and a great entertainment center with a 40-inch plasma TV and DVD/VCR. There is also an extensive DVD & VCR library for your enjoyment. The sofa has a queen-size pull out bed (not your run of the mill sofa sleeper) with inflatable mattress topper. Unbelievably comfortable! We recently remodeled our kitchen with gorgeous solid maple cabinetry and stainless appliances. We have attempted to outfit the kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a gourmet feast or just serve what the delivery guy brings. The dining area seats 6-8. There is also a full size washer & dryer in the large laundry room.

Navarre Beach is nestled on a quaint 3-mile stretch of barrier island between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and a Florida State Park. Called Florida’s best kept secret, the beaches are clean and uncrowded and the water is a beautiful clear emerald green. The Regency is within walking distance of several restaurants, bike, kayak & jet ski rentals and many other activities. Just outside your door, a paved walking and bike path stretches 16 miles west through the National Seashore all the way to Pensacola Beach. The surrounding communities offer numerous activities including golf, water parks, amusement parks, art museums, antique shops, deep sea fishing, aviation museum, world class shopping, galleries, and so much more. We’ll have a list waiting for you.

Emerald green water. Sugar white sand. Waterfront Pool. Relax, Unwind, Have Fun! 'SERENITY' at the Navarre Beach Regency is the place. Find yourself Gulf front and just a few steps to the beach at the Regency. Our large Gulf front pool is heated through Thanksgiving and seasonally. For a small fee, our beach service will have a chaise lounge and umbrella waiting for you, waterfront, each day. A computer with internet is available during office hours and wireless internet is available in our unit. A large meeting room with full kitchen can be rented with advance reservations. Exquisite unit 201 has upscale furnishings & accessories. These are the largest 2 bedroom units (1520 sq ft) available on Navarre Beach. The living area and master bedroom have floor to ceiling, wall to wall, Gulf views.

My husband and I stayed at this condo in September, and we will definitely go back. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has been updated with nice maple cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. The high end king size mattress had us sleeping like babies. The owners have went out of their way to make this condo comfortable, and to make you feel like you are in your own home.
The pool was well maintained, and it is a decent size. If you stay here at Navarre, you can ride your bike or drive along the Gulf Islands National Seashore between Navarre Beach and Pensicola Beach. It is absolutely beautiful. Navarre Beach offers the best of both worlds. It is not crowded and congested like the beaches around it, and yet it is conveniently located. It is a short drive from Destin, Ft. Walton Beach and Pensacola Beach. The owners were so easy to work with, and they have provided all kinds of restaurant menus in the condo. However, the kitchen is so well stocked that you can cook in the condo and not go anywhere if you do not feel like it. We had not stayed in the Panhandle before, and we feel lucky to have discovered this condo at Navarre Beach.

I am sittiing here in Indiana with snow flurries and cold temps wishing I was back at Navarre! My family was there in July and we will definitely be back! Dan & Lynn's condo is the best we have ever stayed. It is so beautiful and CLEAN! We loved the big balcony! The welcome basket was great! We love Navarre!

Lynn - thanks for exceeding my expectations. You know pictures never do true justice and your place is more perfect than I anticipated. It is so well stocked with every necessity. If you truly appreciate the beach AND being indoors relaxing THIS is the place. The DVD library well equipped with new movies and kids shows. No complaints and well worth it! thank you!

We stayed in unit #201 this August and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and beautifully appointed condo. Dan and Lynn did a spectacular job making this one of the best condo units on Navarre and making their guest feel at home.

This was our first trip back to Navarre since Hurricane Ivan. We
were so glad to be back visiting our favorite spot on the gulf. We have stayed
at the Regency before, but Lynn & Dan Zehr's condo is the best! We found
everything to be VERY CLEAN! Serenity is both very well furnished and comfortable. The view is awesome!! If you are planning a trip to beautiful
