This comfortable house is conveniently located within 5 minute walking distance to Sengekontacket Pond, with association dock, tennis courts and a private mooring. Centrally located with easy access to all three major down island towns. This house has recently equipped with new appliances, beds and ultra-plush mattresses, kitchen utensils and dishes, propane Ducane Grill, 47' Flat Panel LCD TV, stereo with Ipod doc, DVD and CD player, wireless broadband internet, and central air conditioning. The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings with sliding glass doors that lead to the deck and outdoor enclosed shower.

Majors Cove borders 200 Acre Felix Neck wildlife sanctuary . This area is excellent for kayaking, water skiing , shellfishing , boating, fishing and fishing. Walking and bicycling trails that crisscross the island are easily accessed. Shopping in Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs and the upscale village of Edgartown are only minutes away. Art & Craft shows, live entertainment and concerts, movies and many other cultural events are always available at very reasonable rates. A miriad of restaurants to please anyone's pallet .

  • Both Bathrooms have single vanities with magnifying and conventional mirrors. New hair driers in each bathroom. Each bathroom will have one roll of toilet paper all other bathroom supplies and toilet paper is to be supplied by the renter.

  • All of the bedding is brand new with ultra plush mattresses and box springs. One bedroom has a new LCD TV two others have conventional TV sets. Several bedrooms have new cabinets. All bedrooms have full length mirrors. The bathrooms have hair driers. Arrangements can be made for Linens and towels at an additional cost. New Blankets and pillows are included. There are two folding beds that are available. There is a new central air conditioning system, new stainless steel propane stove with electric convection oven as well as a new dishwasher. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with new utensils, pots, dishes, stemware, Food Processor, blender, toaster and toaster oven. Ferry tickets are available for purchase the last week of July, through September 7.

Local Amenities: Farm Neck Golf Club(a favorite of Bill Clinton) is only two miles away. Take a day trip over to Chappaquiddick on the Chappy ' On Time Ferry' and visit the My Toy Japanese gardens and great beaches for swimming and excellent fishing as well as the infamous Dykes Bridge. The house is in walking distance to the Vineyard Transit Authority bus that will take you all over the island. Take a trip and enjoy the sunset at Menemsha Fishing Village and Beach while stopping in to a local seafood shop and pick up a freshly caught and cooked lobster, clams and homemade chowdah. Go to the end of the island and view the famous Moshop Beach ,beautiful cliffs of Gay Head and Gay Head Lighthouse.
