Wow, this is your view from the spacious, private lanai of Kuleana 201. Our comfy condo with air conditioned bedrooms, is perfectly located between Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas in West Maui. Kuleana 201 has all the amenities of home, including a master bedroom/bathroom loft, in unit washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The living room and both bedrooms have LCD flat screen tv's for your viewing pleasure. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai from the lanai. There is great whale watching during the winter months and turtles can be seen year round from the beach and barbeque area. The Kuleana complex has a tennis court, shuffle board and large swimming pool and sits on seven gorgeously tropical landscaped acres.

Kuleana 201 is located in a beautiful ocean front complex. Our unit is only steps from the beach. The condo is midway between Kaanapali and Kapalua beach resorts and approximately 10 minutes from world famous Lahaina town. We are close to 5 world class PGA courses, secluded beaches, shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

Additional information about rental rates

  • During regular season on stays less than one week, please add the cleaning charge of $150.00.
  • Credit cards accepted through PayPal. Any fees from paying through PayPal shall be deducted from security deposit. A five night deposit shall be received within 10 days of reservation. Payment in full shall be received at least 30 days prior to reservation date. All monies forfeited if canceled less than 30 days prior unless unit is re-rented. For all cancellations after receipt of deposit, there will be a $75.00 cancellation fee. Peak rates - All reservations to be paid in full by November 1. For reservations made after November 1 payment in full within ten days of booking If reservation is canceled after
    November 1, all monies are forfeited unless unit is re-rented. There is a $400.00 security deposit required that shall be returned within 30 days of departure less any additional charges from housekeeping, lost keys, parking pass or damage to the condo, etc.
    There is a $35.00 charge, plus and bank charges for any returned checks.
  • There will be an additional $10.00 per night charge per guest over 4.

Paradise Found

I loved the condo,the second I walked in,very private,clean,the views from the lanai incredible,just gorgeous,beautiful and cozy pool,not that busy just perfect,walks on the beachfront is so relaxing,you can look at the two islands all day long,very private no noises just the hear the waves slowly carresing the rocks,you can see the turtles swimming around,snorkle all you want,nearby restaurants are very good and in a walking distance,we cooked few times,just felt right at home,nice decors thru out the whole condo,very nice,can't wait to go back,best place to stay in Maui.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Peaceful and Perfect

We love this place! The condo had every amenity you could want. It is centrally located between down town Lahaina and Kapalua resort which is exactly where you want to be. The snorkeling that is just foot steps out your door is the best on the island - you are always guaranteed to see many turtles. The pool and bbq pits are an extra bonus to enjoy the sunset at.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Stay !

This condo is awesome! Very clean, modern, perfect location and has plenty of space (we stayed there with 5 people).
Everything worked out pretty good from the initial contact with Monica and Mike throughout the complete stay.
This condo is A++ and we can highly recommend it and will stay there again when we have the chance to come back to paradise.

Just Perfect!!

This condo is perfect in so many ways......the location, view and easy walk to the beach. It was so wonderful to be able to snorkel right from the beach, watch the turtles feed and of course whale watch! The condo has a very roomy and comfortable feel to it, well done! We enjoyed many meals and sunsets from the Lani'.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our friends!!

BEST STAY IN MAUI

This was our 2nd time staying at this Condo. We love the property - so beautiful. The pictures show how nice things are. The owners are great to work with and are quick to refund your deposit. The condo is clean and ready to go when you walk in the door. The grounds at this complex are beautiful and very well groomed. If a leaf falls they are there to clean it up. The condo is very nice and has all you need - just like being home - only you are in Maui! The beach is small and private - nice sunsets - We can't wait to return next year. We love to go during the Whale season and watch the Humpbacks blow and breach from the condo deck - as they come to Maui to give birth to their new calfs. What a great experience. Be sure to do a Whale Watch trip.

You can't find a better or nicer Condo for the price in Maui. GO THERE! If you can. You will not be disappointed.

New Restaurant - : Star Noodle" - good food - in Lahina up from the Walgreens. Mamas good BarBQ - chicken or ribs - in Napili square a few miles north of the condo. You will want a rental car.
