This one of a kind, 5600 sq ft home features sweeping city and ocean views offering the perfect spot for your La Jolla dream vacation. It has been beautifully decorated to give it a warm coastal feel. The spacious home includes a large living room with island fireplace, dining room w/ seating for 10 or more, gourmet kitchen w/ seating for 4, a large game room and bar, quiet reading area, and additional television/reading area all with ocean views. Outside: A large patio/ grassy yard w hot tub spill over into a canyon leading to whitewater ocean views. The home comfortably sleeps ten people. The newly remodeled master suite provides a Cal king bed with ocean view, an attached office, and private view balcony w seating for two. The room includes a 42” flat screen TV above a wrap-around fireplace with additional seating area for relaxation. The luxurious bathroom has a jetted tub/ extra large multiple head shower. The other bedrooms are all tastefully decorated w 2 king and 2 queen beds.
