This is the second year we've had our annual extended-family get together at the beautiful Lakeview House, and we hope to be back every year. This house is perfect for a large group like ours: we can spread out in different rooms to play music, visit, play cards, watch movies; then when it's time for more communal activities we can all gather together in any of the spacious common areas (downstairs living room, upstairs game room, fabulous dining room or huge country kitchen).
It's clear that a lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into appointing this home for visitors! The kitchen is large, well outfitted, and fully functional. We bring food to cook while we stay here - it's a complete joy to prepare meals in such a well kept kitchen (plus it makes our trip even more economical).
Our group ranges in age from under 5 to over 70, and *everyone* loves this house. And as everyone else has noted, Cissy is a complete dream to work with! We can't rave enough about the Lakeview House. Reserve now (but not for our dates!) - your vacation will be wonderful here.
