These 5 serene acres at the end of a private road invite one to unwind and relax.From the paving stone walkway, one enters the foyer opening to a large living room/dining room to your right or the family room w/ sectional couch your left. In the living room are the 2 entries to the sun room ahead, the comfortable sitting area in front of the fireplace to your left and a large dining table in front of french doors leading to the spacious deck running the entire length of the rear of the house. The well-appointed kitchen is open to the DR area, with another entry to the family room. In the new addition is the laundry area, a full bath with a steam shower, and a queen bedroom with a private deck access. Upstairs is the MBR with a king bed and abutting office/den, a third bedroom with 2 double beds and a door to the brand new railed deck (not pictured), and a bath with a shower. There is A/C in all 3 bedrooms. A ong Point Beach pass is provided.

West Tisbury is a rural part of the Island within 10 minutes of high activity and the busier commercial areas and yet with our 3-acre town zoning offers country living-our property is particularly sheltered as it is 5 acres in all . We have the Farmer's Market, Artisan's Fair, tennis courts, a waterfront nature preserve with walking trails and a Tisbury Great Pond boat launch, nature trails, and bike paths through and around the State Forest. We are the only town offering both a south shore ocean beach and north shore surf-free beach-this beach always uncrowded as only tenants and residents of West Tisbury are allowed access. We offer country charm and a warmth and friendliness that go hand-in-hand with this country setting. Enjoy horseback riding, biking, jogging, kayaking, art galleries,locally grown produce and flowers, island arts and craft sales, body-surfing or sun-basking, all within minutes of our door.
