Featuring granite countertops, stainless appliances, large, well-equipped kitchen open to living areas, coffered ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans, DVD players and flat panel TVs in master and guest room and DVD/Stereo/CD & iPod station. doThe home is tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and modern furnishings featuring high quality beds and linens. Two covered patios featuring comfortable furniture allow for plenty of rest, relaxation and entertainment while admiring plentiful wildlife. As a guest, you will have access to Point Venture's community pool, fitness center, private park featuring a deep-water boat launch which is the only boat launch currently open on the lake, free tennis and a 9-hole public golf-course with modest greens fees. The marina features a floating restaurant with seasonal live-entertainment and a full-service ship store

We had a great weekend and the house was perfect for us. We saw deer in the neighborhood everyday. The area is quiet and a great get-away location. The home was new, clean and very comfortable. The private beach/park was a nice bonus. We would definitely rent this house again!

I can not tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at
your lakehouse. The property is beautiful and it
completely delighted my son to see deer in the
backyard every morning. Thank you so much for your
hospitality, and I hope we get the chance to enjoy
your lakehouse again.
