Lakefront 2 1/2 acre property in the Mill Springs area of Lake Cumberland, one of the nicest areas on the lake. Hot tub, billiards, approximately 1,000 sq ft of decking on the main level plus another deck off the master bedroom on the top level. 2 HD TV's including 60'' HD Sony on lower level. Conley Bottom Marina 5 minutes away for boat launching, Home is large 3,100 sq ft A-Frame and is loaded with amenities. You can stand in the master bedroom and face one way to see the lake and face the other way to see the rolling hills of a farm and mountains.

The top floor has the master bedroom with queen size bed, full bath, large closet, and small tv. The middle level has the living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath, one bedroom with king size bed, one bedroom with 2 double beds, and 32'' tv. The lower level has family room with Sony 60'' tv and fireplace, one bedroom with king size bed, full bath, room with pool table and ping pong, and large laundry room.

We needed a place centrally located for 4 families from 3 different states to get together over Thanksgiving & couldn't have picked a better home than this one! It was spacious & comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, which was important for Thanksgiving dinner. Shopping was close by, which was also important because we didn't want to transport a lot of food. We didn't take advantage of the attractions in the area, since it was a just a long week-end for everyone, but the information was provided if we needed it. I can't say enough about Joy & Leon! They are great hosts!! A great time was had by all! We'll definitely rent this home again!

We had a large family and worked through an unusual request and Joy and Leon worked with us to make it work. We rented a house boat so we could all be together at one location. It was a bit of a hike to the water but once the water retutns to normal and a few trees are trimmed along with builing a path, this will be a great place to call home for a week. Joy and Leon are very freindly and their house is very spacious, The county side is beautiful and town is not far if you need supplies or want to go out for dinner,

I love this house! It's rare you find a place that makes you feel as comfortable as you do when your home, but this place has everything. From a comfortable, relaxed, spacious living room, to a great big dinner table, it fits the whole family. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you like hiking, walking, exploring, fishing, and boating, you can't go wrong renting from these wonderful people. It brings me back to when I would wake up as a child and have mom making cocoa in the kitchen, it's a nice warm feeling you get when you vacation with family, and I can't think of any other place I'd rather spend my time off work with family, than at this house on lake Cumberland.

A little piece of heaven

Our family has enjoyed the vacation home on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The home provides everything a person could possibly need while away from home. Looking out from the front of the home you overlook rolling hills where cattle graze. From the rear of the home you view beautiful Lake Cumberland. The marina is in close proximity and you are also close to shopping and eating in either Monticello or Somerset, Kentucky. We would highly recommend this get-away to families or friends wanting to be together and have fun or just relax and visit.
