Set on lush, tropical, manicured grounds, the large heated pool and sundeck area features variable
depth pool areas, 2 large Palapas with tables & chairs, pool side bathrooms and free wireless internet.
A quiet and serene oasis for sunbathing, it also offers ample shaded areas for those who
prefer to rest out of the sun.
Secure, on site parking is available at no additional charge and our Condo has elevator service.
Local telephone is available and long distance can be provided at additional charge from the front desk.
24/7 reception and security provide an enhanced feeling of privacy and comfort.
Personal in-house laundry service is available at a cost of $50 pesos ($4 US) per load and is returned folded.
Additional maid service in excess of your twice weekly is available at a cost of $70 pesos ($6 US) per day. Please note this does not include kitchen dishes.

Marina Vallarta Golf Course is steps away & one of PV's most popular.
Water is a characteristic of most holes and it's a challenging
course that's fun to play. Par 71, 6701 yards designed by Joe Finger.
PV also has 5 other golf courses to choose from within a 20 minute drive.
Deep Sea Fishing is the focus of an annual tournament in Vallarta every November. However the
Bay of Banderas offers year round challenge to fishermen of all skill levels with numerous
captains available to see that your day or days on the water are the best that they can be!
Scuba Diving & Tours are offered by a variety of large and small tour operators & dive shops.
The largest being Vallarta Adventures with many outings leaving daily from the Marina. Tours include
trips to the secluded beaches of the south shore, whale watching and to the Bay's 2 marine reserves
where fishing is not permitted. Vallarta also has excellent Scuba.
The Beach and Beyond:
Vallarta has many public beach access points (for example beside Marina Vallarta Golf Course)
and the hotels in the Marina also offer inexpensive day passes for visitors to use their swimming
pool and sundeck areas as well as their restaurant facilities etc. and of course to enjoy their beach-fronts.
Los Muertos is Vallarta's most famous beach and is located at the south end of the downtown area.
A bus ride to the downtown ($.50 per person) will end only a block or two from Los Muertos beach.
This area has many beachfront restaurants and shops, a great boardwalk and is well worth an afternoon's
visit. Shopping for souvenirs is also great in this area and Los Muertos has many beach vendors so
you can try your hand at haggling for their wares.
A trip to Vallarta's downtown must include a walk along the Malecon Boardwalk for a distance of more than
2 miles, you will stroll oceanfront to Vallarta's Old Town 'Romantic Zone' where you can enjoy beachfront
dining at all levels
