During the renovation of Cornelius House, updates included installing all new plumbing, all new electric wiring, and a continuous on-demand hot water heater. Double-paned windows, all new insulation, and a gas forced air heating system make this a wonderfully quiet and comfortable 99-year-old home. A whole house structured wiring network and wireless internet provide the latest technology to keep you connected. Great care was taken to retain the original beauty of the woodwork throughout this grand house. Look for the original copper clad light fixtures in the living room and main floor bedroom.
