Sunny & So Comfy is a relaxing and welcoming home away from home. There will be fresh fruit on the kitchen counter, fresh fruit & flowers on the kitchen table, home made cookies and bottled water in the fridge. Our kitchen is fully equipped and you will really enjoy the Keurig Specialty Coffee Maker. It makes wonderful coffee one cup at a time. While you are sipping on your hot cup of fresh coffee, you will enjoy the open spacious and sunny rooms with their many windows. There are many places to settle in and read a good book or take a much needed nap. Folks that have visited Sunny & Delightful describe this home as warm, sunny, full of character, and extremely comfortable. It's our goal to make your stay a wonderful experience.

Our baths are filled with soaps, shampoos and large, thick & thirsty towels. You can relax in front of our black granite faced fireplace and enjoy watching the 50' High Def TV after you've enjoyed a great dinner grilled on our JennAir grill located on the grilling deck. Before retiring for the night, a nice dip in the hot tub will make you relaxed and ready to sleep. You will find your bed is fully made with freshly laundered, soft, high thread count linens that feel wonderful to the touch.

We offer shopping service (just email us your list), maid service as well as home cooked meals for a nominal fee and we are available 24 hours should you have a problem or need.

Ever heard the saying, "Too good to be true"? Well, Sunny is ALMOST too good to be true. It's everything we read about and so much more! We were in town with family for our son's wedding, and we felt right at home, all 10 of us, and pets. Plenty of room for guests to drop by. Beautiful neighborhood, great landscaping, lovely home, and yummy goodies awaiting our arrival. We enjoyed coffee on the screened porch for breakfast, lunch on the deck, and a relaxing time in the hot tub after dinner from the grill. I just can't say enough about our excellent experience. I certainly hope we have the opportunity to enjoy another stay at "Sunny". Thank you, Debbie, for making our stay so enjoyable!
Owner's Response: Our main goal is create a memorable experience for our guest. We work very hard cleaning, gardening and shopping for fresh flowers for the kitchen table, our special choice of fruit in our fruit basket,yummy soft cookies, bagels and cream cheese and Organic Milk and fresh squeezed orange juice for our guest. We are just a little different from most vacation rentals, we are an "Inn without an Innkeeper", never seen unless needed, yet creating comfort and a sense of home.

Spent 3 lovely nights at Sunny & Delightful with 2 other couples as a yearly high school reunion. This home is truly a showplace. Very spacious, comfortable and with decorations that add to a very upscale feeling. All of our party truly felt they were at home and the owner's hospitality was an added plus. Highly reccomend for any type of short or long term stay.

Hello Sunny and Delightful guests...my 3 sisters, brother, myself and our spouses all spent the most enjoyable 3 days in this gorgeous, comfortable home in Aiken, SC. It was everything the Nix's said it would be from the delicious plate of cookies to the comfy bedrooms to the beautiful decor and atmosphere. We definitely would recommend this vacation home to anyone who inquires. Just look at the pics on the web site. It is as splendid as it appears and then some. Thank you Debbie and Hubby for a remarkable few days of family bonding and sharing tons of laughter. We'll be back!!!

What a wonderful time we had at your home. There were 8 of us- plenty of room - spacious, bright, homey, very welcomed feeling - loved everything and appreciate your generous hospitality!!!
