  Price structuring
  Our rents contain bed and bath laundry (no beach cloths). Operating cost of the air conditioning system and the electricity in the price contain up to to 80 kilowatts per week. The price includes 24 hours Internet ADSL connection.
  Bail and modes of payment
  On all prices a service addition of 10 % and VAT (Tax) charge of 12% comes. the bail amounts to per person \ week 50.00 euro. The rent payment is made in advance, with 30% deposit immediately after the contract and the remainder to be paid 2 weeks in advance.

  Ayurveda allows you to shift your focus away from your conventional stresses and routine work. When you are under pressure from your everyday activities, you may experience lapses in time and space. To restore your health, you need to provide time for yourself to heal.
  Our offer:
  One of the best Ayurveda Health Centers closed to our place promotes wholesome Ayurveda in its traditional and authentic way. Our guests are very content and say that the quality of all therapies is exceptionally good and the atmosphere at this paradisiac restful place is kind and healing.

  You will be received for an ayurvedic breakfast at 8.30 am and it takes about 10 minutes to the Health Center and you will be taken back after an ayurvedic lunch at about 1.30 pm. So you can spend half day at our beautiful place.
• Special price for seniors:
  From the 01st of May to the 31st of October 1-3 months per day 30.00€, 4-6 months per day 25.00€. From the 01st of November to the 30th of April 1-3 months per day 45.00€, 4-6 months per day 40.00€.
  We offer for seniors with a minimum stay of 4 weeks the possibility for amazingly small costs in Sri Lanka to stabilize health.
  Contained performances:
  All houses have air conditioning system in the bedrooms. In each house there is very fast Internet connection.(24 hours free), SatelliteTV and DVD player.
  Complete room service.
  If you like we are able to offer you a special service like breakfast, lunch or dinner to a fixed price of 10 Euro/per person.....
