Kitchen has granite counters, a large bar, and stainless-steel appliances. Other amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer; cable HDTV and comfortable rooms for relaxing on your holiday get away. Enjoy a meal, the July 4th fireworks, the famous Falmouth Road Race or an evening breeze from either of 2 decks overlooking Vineyard Sound. Walk to restaurants, Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, Yacht Club, harbor, shops and Cape Cod League Baseball games. Enjoy riding your bike along the ocean and bike trail to Woods Hole! Back yard includes gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower, professionally landscaped. Parking for 2 cars (addl nearby). The house is available for spring, summer and fall weeks. Great for weddings, celebrations on Cape Cod, or just clearing your mind!

  • There are 3 full bathrooms in the house. One is on the 1st floor which includes a seated shower, perfect for an elderly couple given the 1st floor bedroom with new queen size bed! There are 2 baths on the 2nd floor. The family bath has an oversized shower/tub, and the Master Bedroom has it's own bathroom with custom tile/granite/glass shower and cherry/granite vanity. It even has ocean views! In the back yard is a fully enclosed out-door shower to wash the salt/sand away when arriving home from the beach!

  • There is one bedroom on the 1st floor with a new queen size bed and flat screen TV, perfect for folks who don't do stairs! A living room with beautiful ocean views includes large flatscreen HDTV/DVD, surround sound and gas fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor as well as a den with ocean views and TV/DVD. The 2nd floor master bedroom includes a new luxury king sized bed, private balcony, private custom bath with TV/DVD. The other 2nd floor bedroom has a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. The 3rd floor bedroom is spacious and includes 2 double beds, a TV, and offers grand ocean views! The entire house has exquisite hard wood floors and ceramic tile in baths.

Notes: We built our home with a 'pure-air' filtration system. In the event that someone has severe allergies, you can close the windows and run the Central HVAC system which provides HEPA & UV air filtration. During the off season, a custom built gas fireplace warms you up quickly after returning from your afternoon walk along the ocean!
