This unit looks directly out to the Caribbean Sea and is literally steps from the beach. You can see and hear the waves while relaxing on the master bed, or sit on your private balcony overlooking the sea with Vieques Island on the horizon. No loading up the car or carrying coolers distances to the beach. Simply walk outside and you are on the beach. The condo is within the resort of Palmas del Mar, an access controlled community on the southeast Caribbean coast of Puerto Rico. It has 24 hour security and many amenities. This is a 2 bedroom plus loft bedroom equaling three bedrooms, 2 bathroom condo. It fully furnished with stone and granite counter tops, modern lighting, full size laundry, and assigned parking. The unit has one king, two queens and a futon. You will be comfortable with central air conditioning, but you can shut off the air and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances and cooking utensils. It has its own full size washer and dryer.

Or if you want a more active day, no problem - because you can surf, snorkel, SCUBA, explore hidden beaches, climb rocks, hike, and discover rare vegetation and flowers within a few miles. If you want resort activities, we have you covered. There are two 18-hole championship golf courses, over 20 tennis courts including hard surface, clay and artificial grass. There are all types of dining from casual to eloquent. You can embrace local culture and taste with a visit to the local fisherman’s co-op. Fishermen bring in their catch and you can have them cook it up or take it home.

  • The Master bedroom has its own private bath with a walk in shower with dual shower-heads, granite vanity and dimmer controlled lighting. The second bathroom has also been remolded and has new vanities with stone counter tops and new fixtures. There is dimmer controlled lighting to set the mood and relax.

  • The spectacular view is visible from the Master bedroom which has sliding glass doors which lead to a private terrace where you can have an early cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise. But if you prefer to stay in bed, just open the curtains and the view is ready to be enjoyed. Crack the door open and you can hear the waves lapping up on the sandy beach. The Master bedroom has its own private bath. The entertainment center has cable TV viewed from the king size bed and the room has controlled lighting. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and futon. It has a large closet area and access to a back terrace. The loft is a cozy room which serves as a third bedroom. It has sliding windows opening to the living area or close them for complete privacy. It has a queen size bed, night stands and sitting chair.

Notes: You can grab a chair, towel and head to the beach. It is just a few feet in front of your condo where the palm trees provide shade and the pelicans put on a spectacular aerobatic show. Grab a bucket and walk the beach to see what treasures the waves have brought. Shells, sand dollars, drift wood, sea glass all make great souvenirs and craft projects. As you explore the beach you may not be alone as sea turtles use it as their nesting ground. They come at night to lay their eggs and bury them in the sand before returning to the ocean. If you are fortunate you may see them hatch and crawl into the ocean. Though I have not had this opportunity, a friend had her blanket on the beach and suddenly small sea turtles were crawling by on their way to the ocean. There is much to be discovered, explored and enjoyed. Palmas del Mar has many beaches and coves which offer snorkeling, beach combing and exploring.

We stayed in this condo in July. Couldn't have been any better. Very clean, awesome location, loved the beach bar down the beach. Rent a golf cart and explore the grounds. Plan to go back again!

Excellent Villa!!!!

I just got back from staying in this villa for a week... I went with my husband and two kids and with another couple with teenage girls. We had an awesome time.
The villa is well kept, the owner is very accessible if you need anything. I suggest that you rent a golf cart it is easier to go around Palmas.
I will definetly rent this one again!!!
