A car is an absolute must as everything is so spread out!! - that said, the villa is well located just off jct. 58 Interstate 4 about 30/40 minute drive south west of Orlando. You have a 5 minute drive to the local amenities, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station & a couple of fast food establishments.
The villa itself was deceptively large, clean, fully equipped having 3 tv/washing machine/tumble dryer/bedding/linen/towels/cutlery/crockery/dish washer/microwave/oven...........even down to having a hair dryer & electric tin opener!!!
There is more than enough space for a family of four, having 2 generous double bedrooms & a further 2 twin rooms.
Time spent at the villa, you can relax in the large pool (heated not essential, but during our time in April was worth it even though the outside air temperature was in the 80's) totally enclosed in a bug screen, means you are not being bothered by flying insects/mosquitos etc...what great idea!!
The only negative was about household waste recycling, there was no clear instructions available, so glass/paper/cardboard/tins were mixed in with main rubbish, I'm not sure that it is even enforced in the district of Davenport ??
If we were to visit Florida again, renting this villa would definitely be on top of our agenda.
A couple of minor suggestions for the owners would be, to turn the big double garage into some sort of a play are/games room ; also to supply a BBQ - this I think would be a nice addition to the villa's facilities.
