Heron's landing Condo is a beautifully decorated 1st floor condo located in small six unit private condominium complex located on Isle Of Palm in Beautiful Treasure Island Florida. This unit is waterfront with both a screened enclosure as well as a patio in front of the dock. This condo provides use of owners 34' dock with electric and water if needed. Designated parking place. The Treasure Island public beach is two blocks from this condo. Johns Pass Waterfront Village less than a mile. Boat Rentals within walking distance. Condo has no fixed bridges for large craft or sailboat gulf access
