Construction of the residence was completed in 1995. The structure was positioned to optimize it's sun exposure & valley views. Despite the rural presence, it is less than 2.5 mi from the Plaza. The kitchen is proportionally generous, and well planned. Includes a six grill range,side/by/side SubZeros,Dacor double ovens,plate warmer, etc. The Outdoor DCS Propane BBQ is a favorite to most guests. If you are fortunate enough to be here w/ a full moon, you will understand why the locals say 'Valley of the Moon'. Indoor/outdoor dining areas showcase the valley & the Pt. Reyes mountain ridge, etc. Situated amidst local vineyards, minutes from the Napa Valley. The residence rents monthly, weekly or daily (3 day minimum).Additionally, the residence is available for 1-day event rentals (ie. weddings/receptions, parties and corporate functions).
