This 3 bedroom, three bath townhouse is a great place to relax. There is one large bedroom downstairs with a king-sized bed and access to a full bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, each with their own private full bathrooms. Great ocean view from the upstairs bedroom. Step out of this bedroom onto large deck. The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms are very spacious, and this house sleeps six very comfortably. Easy access to beach via public walkway directly across the street. Two major grocery stores are just minutes away. The Silver Sands Shopping Outlet in Destin is only a thirty minute drive. Seaside & Grayton Beach are fifteen minutes away. Great restaurants & shopping in every direction. Recently opened Pier Park approximately a 10 minute drive. Great shopping, restaurants, movie theater, and shopping.

Quiet & Peaceful Vacation

I found this property to be perfect for our family. It was on the 'quiet' end of the Strip, but was in a VERY convenient location. We were close to Winn Dixie and we especially enjoyed breakfast each morning at Thomas' Donuts. The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed...the only thing that it didn't have was a muffin pan, which I should have checked before I purchased muffin mix. ;) The beach access was directly across the street, so we did not have to walk very far at all to enjoy a day in the sun! The view from the deck was also amazing~ especially at night seeing the moon shining on the water. I would, and have, recommended this property to anyone...and I will definately be calling the owners back to book it again! Thanks for everything~ we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
