INCREDIBLE VIEWS; WALK TO TOWN/SV LODGE; SLEEPS 17-20

We are from Salt Lake City, and Sun Valley is only about 300 miles away. Being so close, our group of friends have been coming here since college (about 10 years now) for skiing and fishing trips. In the June of 2012, one of our best friends got married in Sun Valley, and we had quite the large group of friends that attended. I decided to get a house for 12 of us, and let's just say that the Snowbrush Lane house was even better than we expected it to be!! This house really is perfect, and we have stayed at the SV Lodge, Elkhorn, and in Ketchum in the past. There is literally seating for a small village in this home, and the main, 4-sided fireplace is awesome!! This house is located right smack in the middle of Ketchum and the SV Lodge; it's about a 1/2 mile to each (we walked to both). The whole setting of this home is amazing: it is secluded from the other large houses around, there is wild life all over, the river runs right in front of the house with your own personal deck to fish off, mountains in the back, there is a private man-made pond in the back with trout in it, a hot tub, and a great patio with a wet bar and grill. We paid the extra $100 a night for the bottom level mother-in-law (the house keeper usually lives here), and it was well worth it. Next time we visit Sun Valley, there is no question that we will try to rent this house again!! Whether you need a large home for a group of friends, a large family, or a few families, this is the place to rent!!

Our family has been renting fabulous homes in the Sun Valley area for 7 years and this home is the best by far. We made feasts in the magnificently large kitchen, had great conversations around the fireplace and lots of fun working on a puzzle (had the right table for that too!) while watching football in the cozy family room. This home has stunning views out every window in every well designed and beautifully decorated room. Our married children loved the privacy of each bedroom. We felt right at home the moment we arrived and so appreciated how easy it was to work with the owners and caretakers. My husband could often be found relaxing on the chaise (with his ipad) in the master bedroom looking out at Baldy with an adorable 3 year old granddaughter on his lap. What could be better???? With just a short walk into Ketchum, our whole family enjoyed the location. We want to keep this house as our great "find" because we plan on renting it year after year.
