This beautiful vacation rental in Orleans, Massachusetts on Cape Cod is very close to Nauset Beach. The recently remodeled house has three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and is next to and across the street from conservation land. Its secluded location offers small views of the ocean and a park-like setting.

The Town of Orleans: The town of Orleans is a favorite destination for all types of visitors. It boasts several of the best restaurants on the Cape. There are also galleries and many wonderful shops and boutiques in the community.

Birdwatching/Bicycling: The Outer Cape is a Mecca for bird enthusiasts in autumn. Cape Cod is a veritable tap for birds of numerous species as it is situated along the fly zone of the east coast. Cape Cod is one of New England's premier bicycling destinations. There are numerous, scenic bike trails throughout the cape including the Cape Cod Rail Trail which runs almost the entire length of the Cape.

Beaches: There are three beautiful beaches in the town of Orleans.Pleasant Bay Beach has scenic views of bay islands, Orleans and Chatham shoreline, and back side of ocean barrier beach. Skaket Beach has a perfect photo every sunset, warm water swimming, fine sand and offers long strolls on the flats at low tide. Nauset Beach has beautiful sunrises, excellent bass and blues fishing, surfing, sunbathing and swimming.

The house is in Orleans near Nauset Beach. Nauset Beach in Orleans is one of the biggest and most famous beaches on Cape Cod. Swimming and surfing are favorite pastimes here. Surfcasting for stripers and bluefish is also popular. Seals are common seasonal visitors to this shoreline as well. Several Orleans restaurants are famous throughout the Cape.

Golf: Cape Cod is one of New England's premier golf destinations. The golf courses closest to Orleans are the Ocean Edge Golf Course, the Chequessett Country Club and the Captain's Golf Course

The upper level also has a large living room, a modern kitchen with a dining area and a full bathroom. The lower level has a very large bedroom with a full bed and two twin beds, a kitchen area and a large bathroom. There is an outdoor shower with two shower heads, a covered deck as well as a patio area.

Very relaxing stay in a beautiful house.

Everything was well prepared and clean with all little accessories and things one would need for a stay close to the beach. Rooms, furniture, appliances etc. were well maintained and as shown on the photos. The house was really away from it all and very relaxing. We (family of 4 from Europe) especially enjoyed the lanai.

Communication with the landloard by e-mail or phone was uncomplicated and everything from rental to the stay itself to the return of the deposit worked out well even across the distance.

Orleans and Nauset Beach were a short 5 min drive away.

I certainly recommend this place and would definitely book again.

Nice house to relax or entertain

This house was even better than we thought it would be from looking at the pictures. There is a kitchen table that seats 8, and the views from driving through the surrounding areas are very nice. The beach is only a very short 3 minute drive away. We had foggy weather till noon and then it would get sunny each day, so it was cool enough for no AC. (There is AC, but we didn't turn them on.) Very nicely decorated and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
