Recently remodeled beachfront condo at South Seas Resort, this unit has a great view of the gulf and is steps to the beach. The pool is directly next to the unit. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. A pull out queen sofa is in the living area for additional sleeping accommodations. New bedding and living area furniture were replaced this year. Wireless internet available Please note that South Seas amenities are not available to renters of this unit, however, our rates are significantly lower than if you go directly through the resort. Our rates can be 30 to 40% lower than South Seas, just compare for yourself. This unit is right next to down town Captiva, and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Golf is available in Sanibel, which is just ten minutes away.
