Adorable, newly renovated beach cottage just a short walk from miles of the best ocean beaches in Rhode Island (literally 5 houses away). Green Hill is a private community with tennis courts, playground for children, and access to Green Hill Pond for boating, clamming, etc. The neighborhood is ideal for long walks and biking. The cottage is close to major points of interest like Watch Hill, Narragansett, Newport, and only 20 minutes from the Block Island Ferry (a 20-minute high speed ferry ride!!). An adjacent nature preserve, Trustom Pond, provides great walking trails leading to the ocean. Surrounded by the best area restaurants and fun things to do. Everything in the cottage is brand new with services including cable TV, DVD player, new kitchen, dishwasher, new bath, washer/dryer, spacious outdoor shower, new deck and an outdoor covered patio. No smoking and no pets.
