Enjoy the peace & quiet that St Joe Beach/Mexico Beach has to offer. Sugar white sands, calm tides & small crowds make this the perfect place to bring the whole family. Everyone will be comfortable in this artistically decorated 4 BR/3BTH home. Extras include: Full-size baby crib, baby gates, large fenced backyard with new swimming pool, hardwood & tile floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, flat screen TVs, DVD players, two living areas both with TV's (every bedroom has TV and 3 have sliding doors to deck), two huge decks with both sunning areas & covered areas, 6-chair, teak outdoor dining set off 3rd level kitchen, covered carport & spacious parking area. Quiet street (1/2 block off US 98) perfect for bike rides, walking, or rent a golf cart for getting around! Ground level has 4th bedroom that is set up for kids with TV and 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), plus the washer & dryer. 2nd floor has 2 BR/2Bth & den. 3rd flr has 1BR/1Bth, living room, kitchen and dining.
