This newly constructed condo has all the built in amenities of the home you know so well while still bringing a modern feel to the atmosphere. The condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, two nicely sized bedrooms, and two state-of-the-art bathrooms, one of which is attached to the master bedroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen all open up into each other, giving the condo a wide-open feeling that allows the scenery outside to meld into the woodwork of this beautiful vacation condo. The condo also comes with a balcony, and usage of an in-ground pool. The town of Grand Haven is only 5 miles away from your vacation home, and is jam packed full of the finest restaurants and specialty shops Michigan has to offer. Other attractions include the many beautiful, sandy beaches, sunset walks on the pier, and the Singing Fountain, which plays during summer months.

Bring a speed boat and launch it on Spring Lake, Muskegon Lake or on the Grand River. Spend time swimming in Lake Michigan, laying in the sun or walking our world famous singing sand beaches. Don't forget your camera, you'll need it when you walk the piers at sunset. In the fall enjoy the changing of the leaves, salmon fishing on the rivers and the fresh farm markets. Gorgeous place... so relaxing!

My two sisters and I wanted to be together alone on the one-year anniversary of our mother's passing. So we left our husbands and kids at home to try to have some time to laugh, cry, remember, and honor our Mom. This condo was SO beautiful and comfortable. The paint colors were so soothing. It was the perfect place for us to make a scrapbook and just hang out with each other. It felt like a spa with all the wonderful, elegant touches. I don't know that I would bring very young children here, as much of the furniture is very light-colored, but older, well-behaved kids would enjoy it. Mostly though, we found it to be a wonderful retreat for the grown-ups! This would be the perfect place for one or two couples, or a girls' getaway. I wish I lived closer, because I'd be planning my anniversary weekend there! :)

One more thought... bring your bikes if you have them. We saw so many people riding their bikes on the trail RIGHT outside the back door. We wished we'd brought ours!

Everything Promised and more!

I am writing this review after reading the one from Sandi Shores. I personally stayed in the very same condo twice now and plan to stay again next summer. It is beautifully furnished, with all the luxuries of home. The number of towels are not the point ( but there were certainly enough!) it was how wonderfully soft and luxurious they were. The mattress' are very, very comfortable and the linens were clean, fresh, and wonderfully scented. The property overlooks the marina and has a very large patio. I had WiFi, cable TV, gourmet coffee provided, and a wonderful gift basket for our arrival. What more could I ask for?

My only regret is not to write this sooner, knowing how hard Elaine works to fulfill the needs of her guest(s). It is by far everything I could have hoped for in a vacation home. I wish Bella Properties the best in future rentals and with appreciative guests.

Property is beautiful, ad is false & misleading

This is a beautiful property on a beautiful site, but when we stayed we found NO DVD player, NO TUB in the 2nd bathroom, NO 2ND DOUBLE BED in the guest bedroom, although there was an uncomfortable pullout sofa in the living room, NO seating for 12, only seating for 7 for dining, we could never cool the condo below 71 degrees, we had to BEG realtor for clean towels, there was NO Laundry Detergent provided, only 1 roll of paper towels and only four rolls of toilet paper were provided for our 8 day stay. If you are a party larger than six, you better clarify that with the rental agent from the very beginning or look for a different property and agent, as you may be subjected to a headcount. We found our agent did not pay attention to detail when preparing the invoice, when giving instructions to housekeeping regarding our checkout date or when making arrangements for refunding our security deposit thru PayPal.

We work very hard to inform our guests that this unit is equipped for 6 overnight guests. We encourage guests to ask us questions regarding there stay and any special requests or unusual situations they many have during their stay. We appologize to Ms. Sandy for any mis-understanding and will overemphasize with future guests that this unit is equipped for 6 overnight guests as stated in our advertisement. Let us know if we can make your dream vacation come true at Bella!!!!
