This custom 2-bed, 2-bath condo was completely rebuilt in the 2008 and everything is brand new! Enjoy this luxurious, well appointed two-story condo in the West End of Provincetown. Short walk to town center, yet quiet/private. Spacious/sunny living and dining area with a private, sun-drenched second-floor deck and lower-level deck, patio and private, beautifully landscaped garden. Fully-equipped gourmet modern kitchen (inc. spices & herbs) with bar, two custom tiled bathrooms, wood floors, linens, and outdoor gas grill. Flat- screen HDTV in the living area and another flat-screen TV in the master bedroom. Two parking spaces. The unit has heat, A/C (controlled for each bedroom and the common space) and an in-unit full-sized washer and dryer. Additional amenities include HD satellite TV, whole-house sound system (indoor and outdoor), iPod dock, wired & wireless broadband internet and free local phone.

Seasonal Rental Possible: We will also consider a half, full or partial seasonal share of second bedroom with the owners but inquire early before all the big weeks are taken!

Provincetown is perched on the uppermost tip of Cape Cod. In the summer, the population of this quaint fishing village swells to 30,000. 'P-Town' attracts a cosmopolitan mix of people and is a haven for artists, writers, actors, and musicians. A vibrant nightlife is offered for those lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and straight. A stroll through town will take visitors past an eclectic mix of historic sights, tourist shops, and clusters of picturesque homes surrounded by flower gardens. On a clear day, it is possible to have a 360° view of the entire Cape from the top of Pilgrim Monument. There are miles of ocean and bay beaches in Provincetown and the many walking and biking trails in the protected National Seashore provide visitors with views of ponds, cranberry bogs, beech forests, and sand dunes. Whale watching, sailing, and fishing trips depart daily from the harbor.

  • Minimum rental for unit is 1-week.
  • *Standard check in is on Friday at 4:00 PM. Check out is on Friday at 10:00 AM.
    *$150 extra for Sat through Sat schedule. (check-in and check-out times remain the same)
    * 50% of the rental total fee is required to hold the reservation. The remainder of the balance plus $750 security deposit is due 30-days prior to check-in date.
    *A $150 surcharge will be added for all reservations made less than 1-month prior to arrival date.
  • A 50% deposit must be received within 7 days of the booking. The remaining balance (including the $750 security deposit) is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If the balance is not received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, we regret you will lose your deposit and the reserved week(s) will be made available to other vacationers.

    Accepted Forms of Payment: Check and Money Order.

    Cancellation policy: Cancellations made prior to 60 days before scheduled arrival will be refunded their deposit minus a 25% service charge fee. Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days before scheduled arrival will be refunded their deposit, minus a 50% service charge fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will lose 100% of their deposit. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover these potential expenses.

The house is amazing and within walking distance of the main shopping/restaurant district in Provincetown. The beach is only a short bike ride away. The property is immaculate with a contemporary decor. There is a balcony off the larger bedroom and the backyard has a beautiful patio set and a large, gas grill.

For tech-savvy holidaymakers, the house is fully-equipped with surround sound so MP3 players can be docked in almost any room. For those seeking a quiet getaway with all of the modern conveniences, this is an excellent property. Highly recommended.

Clean, newly renovated, and great amenities! We had 2 couples staying together and it really turned out to be a fabulous place. One of the bedrooms is a little small, and there is limited hanging space, but these were minor issues compared to how well outfitted the condo is overall. Beautiful sitting area on deck, lovely garden, comfortable, and great location in West End, near bike rentals, gym, shops, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Delightful, immaculate unit

We recently stayed at this unit. The owners were extemely helpful, communicative, and efficient. The unit has every conceivable amenity, is well laid out, and was delivered in excellent condition. The West End location is perfect. I can't say enough nice things about it. If you're looking for a great two-bed, two-bath unit, this is it.

Beautiful condo that feels like a townhouse on two stories. Everything is brand new and designer/high end. Large landscaped yard is a great oasis. Close to everything, just a few mins walk to town center. This place has everything and to a much higher standard than most rentals.
