Dock your boat or personal watercraft just out the back door and be ready to enjoy a beautiful day on constant level Lake LBJ, the largest constant level lake in Texas. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the water, nature and direct access to waterfront from the very large lakeside patio with gas grill, outdoor misting system, cold weather heater and multiple outdoor seating areas. We have focused on great attention to detail which can be seen throughout our artist designed spacious waterfront townhouse. All original artwork, custom built furnishings and European lighting and dimmers create a wonderful mood for entertaining and relaxing alike.

Living Room: Features vaulted ceiling, leather wrap around sofa, 32' LCD with DVR and DVD player, deluxe cable service and iPod dock. Custom modern cowhide rug and numerous DVDs, books and magazines as well as games for all ages.

Dining Area: Comfortably seats 6 w/ additional seating at the 14 foot granite kitchen counter. Direct access to waterfront patio and outdoor dining area.

My husband, dog, and I spent a week in this beautifully decorated and well-located condo. We loved being able to walk to the marina and enjoyed playing at a few of the top rate golf courses, nearby. Kevin is terrific to work with and easily reached when questions arise. It is obvious he takes pride in his place, for it is immaculate. We look forward to returning soon.

The condo is lovely, but the real difference here (from other rentals) is the attention to detail with things like luxurious bed linens and towels, bath products and extra toilet paper provided, and a very nicely outfitted kitchen. Really feels like you are a guest in someone's beautiful home. Very interesting, modern decor & art makes this a great place to relax and visit. Location is also great, and the owners are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!

The accomodations were first rate...spacious, up to date and aesthetically pleasing..the art work alone is a treat. However, its location
at Horseshoe Bay provides ample dining and amusement opportunities. We enjoyed are evenings at Marble Falls lakeside restaurants. My daily sunrise coffee was shared with the resident duck population.
All in all a serene and wonderful experience.

Girls Weekend at the Lake

We had such a relaxing stay. The place is just what we were looking for on our girls weekend--nicely decorated, roomy, great patio (fresh basil!), and comfortable! I would definitely stay again! Thanks Kevin!
