We offer a luxuriously appointed Log Home with majestic long range views of the Smoky Mountains located within minutes of Gem Mining, River Rafting, Hiking, Fishing, Kayaking,Waterfalls and much more.......this custom, elegant Appalachian style Log Home can be rented as a 2/2 or an expanded 3/3 to fit your needs and budget. Situated at 2800 feet the home offers the absolute best views in the area. The 6 person Jacuzzi on the deck is a great place to relax after a day of outdoor activities. This home features modern appliances, granite counter tops, high thread count linens, leather furniture, stereo system and much more. The perfect place for couples, families and honeymooners to get away from it all !!

River Activities: This Log Home is situated within walking distance of the Little Tennessee River. Fishing, Fly fishing, kayaking, canoeing, rafting and tubing can be arranged through the Great Smoky Mountain Fish Camp just down the road from the home. Guided fishing trips are also available!

Hiking/Waterfalls: Numerous hiking trails and waterfalls are within a short drive of the home. Consult with the Wayah District Forest Service in Franklin for information regarding trails and waterfall hikes.

Gem Mining: Our home is very convenient to all of Franklin and surrounding area Gem Mines. Many mines are just a few minutes down the road! Come and join the many who have found fabulous treasures in the areas rich Gem Mines!

Additional King suite with kitchenette, private bath, jetted tub, TV area and eating area is available for larger parties for an additional nightly fee. This space is locked off if not rented. It is available for a nightly fee of $75 in addition to the rest of the home.

Notes: Main portion of home has 2 Queen size beds and 1 trundle daybed (perfect for kids) which opens to a King size bed. The additional, locked off lower level suite has 1 King size bed, kitchenette and a TV-sitting area and is $75 per night. Home is situated mountainside and may be unsuitable for unsupervised small children. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional $20 per night fee. Home is easily accessible by 2 wheel drive vehicles. There is one bedroom on main floor that is elderly accessible. Other bedrooms require going up or down 1 flight of stairs.

The home was amazing. We had a fantastic 2 weeks. My wife and I really appreciated the extreme cleanliness of the house as well as to how great it was stocked. The home is reasonable close to town and from the main highway there is a paved access road all the way (no gravel roads) to the property!
Exceptional feature. The views are spectacular! This is an exceptional home to spend your vacation.

Beautiful Cabin - Amazing View!

This cabin is amazing. All the comforts of home, plus the most beautiful mountain view we've ever had. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the back deck & relaxing in the hot tub. It is close to both Bryson City & Franklin if you need to run into town for shopping or restaurants. The owners were great to work with and added a lot of nice personal touches to their cabin. The only negative thing was having to leave!

This cabin is great! It has everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. The view is amazing and it is tastefully decorated. The location makes it easy to get to popular places such as Cherokee and The Smoky Mountains National Park. The road leading up to the cabin is paved so it is easily accessible. The owners are great to work with and I would highly recommend this cabin.
