Completely remodeled in 2008, our Tommy Bahama themed 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit will make the most of your vacation. This beautiful ocean view condo is located in the newly renovated (2009) Castle Reef Condo complex.

The open floor plan welcomes you to a premium kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, bright bathrooms, new windows, doors and fixtures. Travertine tile floors flow room to room throughout the entire condo. This is a completely furnished turn key unit, all you need to bring is a tooth brush!

Enjoy views of the ocean, pools and tropical courtyard from our covered patio.

Take the furnished chairs to the beach and enjoy the soft sands of non-drive New Smyrna Beach. Watch the waves roll in and your troubles wash away. One afternoon with your toes in the sand and you’ll feel like a new person.

Approximately one hour from Orlando Airport and major attractions; you will enjoy the close proximity to the Disney theme parks, Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. While close to everything, once you arrive on the New Smyrna Beach peninsula the pace slows and you can appreciate life the way it was meant to be.

Directly across from the condo are several restaurants and a grocery store for the ultimate in convenience.

About The Owner

We absolutely love the beautiful white sand beach, which runs 2 miles to the north and 5 miles to the south. It's quite unusual to have this length of uninterrupted beach. The city of New Smyrna Beach is large enough to have plenty to do, but still retain its small town charm.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
What makes this condo unique

The outdoor commons area amenities are a definite plus at Castle Reef. The large pool with plenty of lounge chairs along with the gazebo make relaxing pool side very comfortable. An outdoor grill is also available for our guests.
