Our home features a private balcony with a grill, a 42' plasma TV, home entertainment center, and high speed internet with cable TV and HBO. There is poolside umbrella and beach chair service and free DVDs for your use. Our home is fully furnished and professionally decorated with a 4th floor view that is breathtaking.

This condo is very nice - beautifully decorated, spacious, and convenient to everything. We just got back, and I can say that the week was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend staying here.

Our stay at your new Sterling Breeze was fantastic. I loved the decorating. It looked like something out of Coastal Living Magazine. I especially like staying in a smaller building as there is always a chair at the pool. We also liked the Wine Bar and Fire Pit.
We walked to Pier Park which was less than a 1/4 mile down the street. We had dinner at Margaritaville. We will be staying with you next year. Thanks for the wonderful time.
