Great location, DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE,

Apartment had EXCELLENT location but was EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with manager. Was given wrong address to arrive at to start with via email, then had problems at apartment that were not addressed for 2 days... broken toilet, (WHICH WE HAD TO FIX OURSELVES) FLAT air mattress and NEVER saw "Sunny", who we booked with. We were given a discount online but when we arrived, Sunny tried to charge us more~ KEEP ALL YOUR CORESPONDENCE IF YOU RENT THIS UNIT! Also, if you have back issues, this apartment had the HARDEST BEDS I've ever slept on. This made for sleepless, painful nights...
BUT... this apartment was in EXCELLENT location which made up for the poor customer service in many ways.
If you stay here, there is an excellent Mexican restaurant accross the street and a grocery store a few doors down that had excellent, reasonable breakfast and lunches to take out.

excellant location for theater and restruants. apartment was clean and modern. basic cable did not include espn or espn2. I complained but did not get a response.
