Welcome to Paradise! We have loaded this 3rd Floor condo with luxury features like NO other unit in this Resort. Same level as walk over sky bridge - means NO waiting on elevators!! Check out our virtual tour! My unit also comes with 2 luxury wooden beach lounge chairs + cushions and umbrella, and service will be set up for you each day of your stay! Service runs from March 1st-October 31st.

Notes: 42' LCD HDTV in Living room, 37' LCD HDTV in KING Master bedroom. DVD players with both TVs, and we supply plenty of movies & books for a variety of tastes. WiFi Internet just in case you can't leave work behind. But we hope you will because we've thought of everything to spoil our valuable guests. We purchased the ultimate in touch keypad door systems. You will gain access immediately upon arrival. *NO* waiting in tedious check-in lines and keeping up with a key card down at the beach. This is the only unit with a kids chalkboard drawing table & *Pottery Barn Kids* director chairs, plus many games, coloring books, DVD movies, fun beach & pool toys/floats. We also provide beach towels for the whole family, and a beach cart to help carry your things down to the beach/pool areas. ALSO for the younger ones : portable high chair/booster, kid-friendly table ware from PB Kids, a Graco porta-crib, umbrella stroller, and bolster pillow for twin bunks to protect young ones from falling.

Kitchen Amenities: We've stocked the kitchen pantry with extras that the Resort & other owners do NOT offer...... gourmet coffee, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, cleaning supplies, extra paper goods, laundry & dishwasher detergent, hand soap refill, trash bags, even a *FIRST AID KIT* as we know the kids can get bumps & scrapes while on vacation. I've also purchased the following to make cooking in our condo easy & fun! ~ George Foreman family size grill ~ Wok ~ Electric skillet ~ Electric griddle ~ Blender ~ Toaster ~ Pizza & Muffin pans ~ Roasting pan ~ Stock pot ~ Popsicle molds ~ Crock pot & Mini-crock pot ~ Hand Mixer ~ Casserole dishes & plenty of serving ware, pots, pans, etc.

Emerald Beach Resort Amenities: Emerald Beach Resort will have many exciting extras from on-site top notch restaurants, terrific fitness center, convenient mini-market, kids activities, more pool openings....just to name a few. **Some Amenities listed above will not be available until 2009 & beyond - Please contact the Resort directly for an update on new amenities.** STARBUCKS is now open, along with a Sky Bridge Sports Bar with plasma TVs overlooking Front Beach Road cruising. The Tiki Hut bar next to the beach front pool is also now open. The newest pool - called 'Floridita' (opened mid-July '08) is next to the Resort Lobby (across the street from the beach). There is a zero-entry pool, splash area w/ mushroom fountain & 'bucket drop', snack bar, and plenty of lounge chairs to soak up some rays!

Our commitment to you!: We wish to be on a first name basis w/ our clients, as opposed to 'get them in & out' attitudes that we know other resorts & owners have. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in April and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, and MUCH more spacious than we expected from the pictures. There are many extras provided in this condo that are not available in other condos, including beach supplies and coffee for the morning! The use of the beach chair rentals was a great bonus!
This is an excellent place to stay!

Everything was as listed and as shown in the pictures. The condo was spotless and in great shape. Easy access from the sky bridge, which is good because it is a little bit of a walk when you are carrying a bunch of stuff. The condo was perfect to buy food and then cook yourself because of all the amenities provided. There was plenty to do with in a short drive, but really it was the beach where we spent most of our time. The owner was very nice and provided us with everything that you needed for the stay. I do not have a single complaint about my stay.

Juliette has a great condo that made us truely feel like we were at home. Our 3 1/2 year old loved the games and toys that were available for her to enjoy. Juliette bent over backwards for us to help us in every way possible. The condo is beautiful and the pool and other amentities available are geat as well. Pier park and margarittaville were a blast. This is our 4th year in PCB and our 2nd year at emerald beach resort we love it here and when we areback we will seek out Julitte as an owner to rent from again for sure she is great!

This was my second visit to the condo and loved it just as much the second time as the first time. The condo is centrally located to all amenities, EXTREMELY easy to get around on foot, vehicle and/or moped rentals (which are just down the street!). There is a great shopping complex just minutes away, which includes a variety of stores and eateries, as well as a movie theater if you want to take a break from the rays.

The condo itself is truly a 'home away from home'. The owner has made it extremely comfortable and inviting, providing everything from gourmet coffee to start your day to books, DVD's, and games, to enjoy after a long day on the beach. You can even leave your beach towels at home - she's got it all!

Thanks Juliette, I'll definitely be back!
