A great place to stay !!

I am surprised to see this is the first review of this property. We stayed in this unit from April 1st to May 8th, 2011 and were very impressed with it. Thanks to John and Linda for renting it to us for this extended period. The pictures are accurate as is the description of the property. It is well maintained and everything worked well (A/C, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc.) The furniture is quite comfortable, especially the beds which is crucial for an extended period of time. The owners are very easy to contact and helpful with any questions. I would recommend this unit to anyone thinking of renting a condo for a short or longer period to time.
The complex is only about 5 minutes drive to grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. Olive Garden and Carrabba's are two restaurants that are a must in this area.
Of course all of the Disney theme parks are within 10-20 minute drive away depending on traffic.
The only item that the owners might want to consider is internet access within the unit as you have to go to the clubhouse to access it and they close at 10 PM which is a little inconvenient. Other than this, it is well worth staying there and I would not hesitate to rent it again should we decide to visit Kissimmee again.
