Located in convenient east Vail, this top floor premium unit has 4 large bedrooms, 3 full baths and a spacious floor plan. The kitchen has sub zero refrigerator, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. Newly painted and decorated, this mountain get-a-way has a gas fireplace and its own washer and dryer. The tenants in the building (#12) have purchased their own private hot tub so they don't need to share with the general timber falls tenants. The hot tub is located in the courtyard and is 3 minutes away. Summertime amenities offer a swimming pool and tennis courts. Hiking is minutes away. We offer very competitive rates and are willing to match any comparable deal.
