Poipu Beach, Kauai. Excellent Location. New 4 Bedroom House.

"Our family of nine spent a week at Hale Halia and came back refreshed.... from this paradise in Koloa. Hale Halia is immmaculately kept and plenty roomy for even a group of 8 adults and 1 child. ....the kitchen provided all the right amenities to eat any or all meals at home.... Our favorite location was the sun room out front. It seemed like everyone regardless of age was drawn to this breezy, spacious room with a spectacular view of Brennecke's Beach."

We loved the house, it is so beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and the house it is exactly what we wanted. The furnishings and amenities were all great. There were plenty of towels, comfortable furniture and plenty of eating and counter space in the well appointed kitchen and living areas. We had everything we possibly needed including beach chairs, extra blankets, dishwasher detergent, utensils, cooking tools...you name it! We had 2 families in the house and still plenty of room. We loved the sound of the crashing waves from Brennecke's beach AND the cool breeze filled the house. We will be repeat customers!

We stayed at Hale Halia for a week. Our party consisted of myself and my husband (grandparents) My daughters and their husbands and 4 children ranging in ages from 4 years old to 5 months. We found the house to be great for children. It came with a baby gate so you could keep the little ones in a central location, a pack and play type crib and the owner purchased a high chair for the house because we asked if they had one. The house is about a 1/2 of block from the Poipu beach park complete with a playground and a wonderful swim area for children. It was so nice to go to the beach and find out any forgotten item was just a short walk away.

The kitchen was setup beautifully. There is a six burner Jenn-Air gas range with electric oven, circulon type cookware, 2 blenders and a lot of flatware and dishes. We didn't find anything that we needed and didin't have.

The view from the great room was fantastic. The layout of house was very nice because the bedrooms were apart from the Great room. (down a hall). There is parking for 3 vehicles there. Around Poipu Beach parking is a prime commodity so this was very nice.. The yard is surrounded by beautiful flowering hedges. Nice place to gaze at the stars.

When we first arrived, I had the opportunity to meet the owner. He was very welcoming and I had no hesitation to call on him if needed. You could tell he was very proud of this house as well he should be. He took a personal interest in making sure we were comfortable while there.
