Our beautiful and spacious villa has 2856 sq ft, to relax in, with one of the largest pools available. The extended the patio area is south facing and included loungers, chairs and a table with seats for al fresco dining. The deluxe games room contains table football, air hockey, pool, darts and PS2. There is a free high speed, wi-fi Internet connection. The master bedroom is ensuite with a full bathroom and access to the pool. The second bedroom with queen sized bed is also ensuite with access to the pool. There is a third bedroom with queen bed and a fourth bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and in full view of the family room. The community has a large pool, children's play area and tennis courts all available for your use (key available on request). Tennis & badminton raquets, balls & shuttle cocks available in the villa. There are numerous restaurants and shops along Highway 27 and the west entrance of Walt Disney World is only a 20 minutes drive away.

The villa is situated in the quiet and friendly neighborhood of Greater Groves. Greater Groves is two miles north on Highway 27 from Highway 192 West. The neighborhood has a large community swimming pool with changing rooms, tennis courts and children’s play area. These facilities are for your use, key available on request. On Highway 27 are the nearest Supermarkets, there are numerous restaurants, pharmacy, banks and a public library all within a few minutes drive. There is a Doctor's Surgery in Greater Groves close to the entrance of the community. Lake Louisa State Park is a few minutes drive away with walks, hikes, fresh water fishing, barbecues, picnic areas and a beach. Disney's west entrance is a 20 minute drive away. Golfers!!! Within 10 to 20 minutes there are a number of excellent courses. Including Legends and Kings Ridge recognized as two of the best courses in central Florida. Both designed by Lloyd Clifton, 7000 yards, open to non members.

All the bedrooms have a color TV, built in wardrobes and radio clock alarms. There is an infant cot which can be placed in any of the bedrooms. (please provide your own bedding for the cot). There is also an infant bath and an infant seat/activity centre.
