Foreign checks (non-USA bank checks) add $ 5.00 per check for a foreign check processing fee. We accept personal checks, travelers checks and money orders. We do not accept credit cards. Full payment is required 2 weeks before scheduled arrival date. .

The $ 300.00 reservation deposit will be refunded if we have received a notice of cancellation 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date minus a $50.00 per week refund fee. If less than 30 days $ 250.00 of your deposit will be returned if we are able to rent your reserved week.
