This is an older Cape style home on the Seapit River and Waquoit Bay. Across the river is beautiful Washburn Island. From our dock you have deep water access to Nantucket Sound, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Woods Hole for day trips or great fishing. All day long you can sit on the deck and watch a parade of boats and Kayakers go by. In the early morning and late afternoon, the Osprey put on a show. In addition to the main part of the house, there is a finished basement with a kitchen and bedroom. Washer and dryer, cable for TV and internet.
