  • 1 month = check in & check out the same day of the month, example: Check-In: FEB 5; Check-Out: MAR 5

    A signed rental agreement and 25% booking deposit is required to hold a reservation (NOT REFUNDABLE).
    The remaining balance of 75% and security deposit of $250 is due 30 days prior to arrival.
    We accept all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and PAYPAL.
    Modifications to the reservation made more than 30 days prior to arrival may be possible and are subject to an administration charge of $50.
    Modified reservations are non-refundable
